1. Introduction​

Welcome to www.weefeen.com ("Website"), operated by Weefeen ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing and using this Website, You ("User," "You," or "Your") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs Your access to and use of the services provided by Weefeen, including music performance reviews. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If You do not agree with them, You should not use our services.

2. Reviewer Identity and Profile​

  • 2.1 All Reviewers must provide accurate and truthful information, including their real first name, last name, and a recent photo that accurately represents their identity.
  • 2.2 The information displayed on the Reviewer's profile page must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
  • 2.3 All reviews of performances must be conducted by the account owner who has been granted "Reviewer" status by Weefeen management.
  • 2.4 Use of the Reviewer's account by any third party or in any name other than that of the account owner is strictly prohibited. Doing so constitutes a serious breach of trust with the performers and damages the reputation of both Weefeen and the Reviewer. Such violations will result in immediate account closure.

3. Fair Use of the Service​

  • 3.1 Reviewers are expected to use the service fairly and professionally. Under no circumstances should payments be arranged or accepted outside the Weefeen platform.
  • 3.2 Communication between the Reviewer and the performer/student regarding services rendered or reviews given should occur exclusively through the Weefeen platform. However, external contact is permitted for matters unrelated to the services provided through Weefeen, such as physical classes, seminars, or other activities not offered on the platform.

4. Engagement and Commitments​

  • 4.1 Reviewers are free to use the service at their convenience and are not bound by any engagement or minimum activity requirements. This flexibility is designed to allow Reviewers to balance their use of the platform around their primary schedules.
  • 4.2 Once a Review request is accepted, the Reviewer is expected to fulfill their commitment to the performer. The performer relies on this service, and timely delivery of reviews is essential.
  • 4.3 If a Reviewer encounters an emergency that prevents them from delivering on their commitment, they must notify Weefeen administration as soon as possible at info@weefeen.com.

5. Language and Communication​

  • 5.1 All reviews must be written in English to maintain consistency and accessibility across the platform.
  • 5.2 Reviewers are responsible for ensuring that the toggle switch indicating whether they are accessible for direct requests is correctly set. If a Reviewer is unavailable for direct requests, they should disable this option through the Reviewer portal.

6. Geographical Restrictions​

  • 6.1 The Weefeen service is intended for use by Reviewers located within the SEPA Zone (Europe).

7. Payment and Invoicing​

  • 7.1 Reviewers must be individuals whose names and bank account details correspond to the name registered on the platform.
  • 7.2 If a Reviewer has completed at least one review within a given month, they are required to send an invoice to Weefeen for that month's services.

8. Termination and Account Closure​

  • 8.1 Weefeen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Reviewer's account in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions or any actions deemed harmful to the integrity and reputation of Weefeen or the performers using the service.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions​

  • 9.1 Weefeen reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of such amendments.

10. Use Case Examples​

Weefeen supports musicians and organizations in various ways. Below are common examples of how the platform can be used:

  • 10.1 Event Preparation: A musician requests feedback on a performance to prepare for a competition, exam, recital, or CD recording. They upload the video to the platform and receive professional feedback from a Reviewer.

  • 10.2 Recommendation Letter: A student needs a recommendation letter for a competition that requires input from someone other than their main teacher. The student provides performance videos for the Reviewer to assess their skills and write the letter, all through Weefeen.

  • 10.3 Pre-Prescreening for Competitions: A performer submits a video to get feedback on whether it meets the standards for an international competition. The Reviewer evaluates the video and offers suggestions on how to improve the performance before submission.

  • 10.4 Potential Use by Competition Organizers: Competition organizers may explore using Weefeen to manage the screening rounds of applications. If interested, please inquire in advance at info@weefeen.com to discuss specific requirements and possibilities.
