1. Public Reviewer Profile​

When accepting to be a reviewer on the Weefeen platform, you have a reviewer profile that is public. The public reviewer profile may include the following information:

  • Name and Photo
  • Biography
  • Awards
  • CDs (if applicable)
  • Work and professional experience

This profile will be accessible to the general public through a unique URL (www.weefeen.com/your-unique-url). This information is made public to allow performers to understand who wrote a review, thereby ensuring trust in the review process.

2. Direct Requests​

As a reviewer, you have the option to accept or decline direct requests from performers. If you decide not to take on Direct Requests, performers will be unable to make direct requests to you.

3. Review Privacy and Usage​

When you write a review, it is only accessible to the performer. As per our privacy policy, performers are not allowed to reuse, share, or publish the review content elsewhere. The review is solely intended for their personal use or to share with their direct teacher for implementing the piece of advice.

Breach of Review Privacy​

If a performer shares or publishes a review against this policy, the reviewer has the right to request the removal of such content. Weefeen reserves the right to terminate the performer's account in cases of such breaches.

4. Access by Weefeen Admin​

Weefeen administrators can access reviews made by reviewers for audit purposes. These audits are conducted regularly and systematically, especially in cases of suspected misuse or when there is a complaint from the performer.

5. Use of Reviewers in Marketing and Promotion​

Weefeen may communicate information about reviewers on the homepage, success stories, social media, or other advertising platforms. This will only be done with a specific request to the reviewer, who has the option to accept or reject each request. If a reviewer prefers not to be featured in marketing materials, their preference will be respected, and they will not be included.

However, please note that the reviewer's public profile page remains accessible and visible for the service to function effectively.

6. Performer's Profile Information​

The performer's name, photo, and profile page are made available by default. This information is necessary for the service to function, allowing performers to understand who wrote a review. The performer profile is accessible within the platform and to the general public through the unique URL.

7. Updates to This Privacy Policy​

Weefeen reserves the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time. Reviewers and performers will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform.
